Seeking individual who can move to Florida facilities within six months.
Shall oversee from customer concept through delivery medium and high volume lot custom mold projects involving:
Thick and thin thermoforming.
Sheet, roll-fed and inline extruded applications.
Vacuum forming, mated form tooling, and plug assisted techniques.
CNC trimming.
Ground flake production and material recycling.
Ceramic composite mold and cast and machined aluminum mold design.
Production environment uses cutting edge scientific molding machines providing real-time feedback and adjustment for air pressure, temperature, tool strain gauge, etc. so lean methods can be applied.
